RETURNS POLICY HOT FLOWERS
DUE TO ITS NATURE SEX TOYS NON-RETURNABLE
(opened or unopened packages).
This includes, but is not limited to, Anal Toys, Bondage Equipment, Cock Extensions, Dildos, Love Dolls, Love Kits, Penis Pumps, Sex Guides, Artificial Vaginas, Lingerie, and Vibrators.
Within 30 days of shipment you can return merchandise of the following categories for a courteous and prompt exchange or refund with a 30% restocking fee:
• Oils and Lubricants just for unopened packages.
We will only exchange a defective item with the same item provided, it was returned within 30 days of the invoice date.
Hot Flowers shall at its own expense and option, either repair or replace defective products during 30 days from the date of purchase provided that Hot Flowers has found the product to be defective. Hot Flowers reserves the right to replace merchandise with different brand name products. Any abuse, misuse, modification or attempted modification shall void this warranty.
Prior to the return of any merchandise, you must contact the Customer Support Department by email customerservice@hotflowersusa.com to obtain a Return Authorization number (RMA #).
Due to health concerns, we will not accept any return package that does not have an RMA number visible on the outside of the package. Have your invoice available when calling. Merchandise must be shipped back to Hot Flowers fright prepaid (COD will be refused) in their original containers or any other suitable box.

Please, include a copy of your original invoice and description of the problem or reason for return. RMA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. All returns will be thoroughly tested prior to issuance of refund by our specialists within 5 days after returned item arrival. No returns/credits will be issued immediately.
Absolutely no refunds/credits after 30 (thirty) days from the date of the invoice.
Please, note that we are not responsible for expenses, fee or other costs incurred by our Customers as a result of defective or incompatible products.
Back-ordered items will ship as they become available, typically in 10 to 15 business days. If a back-ordered item cannot be shipped to your satisfaction, you may submit a cancel request for that item.

These return policies represent the entire policies and all prior policies are hereby revoked. Our failure to exercise any rights under these policies shall not constitute a waiver of such rights.
